We work with Windows, Mac, and Chromebook computers and laptops. From scanning documents and printing photos to setting up your printer.
Smartphone & Tablets
Whether you use an Android, iPhone, or iPad, we’ll show you how to make calls, send messages, take photos, download apps, and more.
Smart TVs & Streaming
We’ll set up your Smart TV and streaming apps like Netflix, iView and YouTube, connect it to Wi-Fi, and show you how to find and enjoy your favourite shows with ease.
Device Setup & Transfer
Getting a new phone, tablet, or computer, we’ll set everything up for you — from installing apps and connecting to Wi-Fi, to transferring your contacts, photos, and files from your old device.
Internet & Wi-fi Problems
From setup to troubleshooting, we’ll make sure you get connected — and stay connected. If your internet won’t work properly, we’ll get you back online.
Government Online services
We’ll guide you through important services like MyGov, Medicare, and Service NSW so you can access what you need without the frustration.
Email, Video Calls & Social Media
Keep in touch with family and friends easily. We’ll show you how to send emails, make video calls on Zoom or FaceTime, and use apps like WhatsApp, Facebook, or Instagram to stay connected.

Convenient Home Visits – We come to you.
One-on-One Support – Personalised sessions at your pace.
Patient & Understanding – Guidance tailored with care.
Experienced – 2+ years assisting seniors, 20+ years in IT.
Trusted & Safe – Police check and insurance provided.
Funding Options – If you have a Home Care Package, it will cover our services.
Casual Session: $120 per hour. After the first hour, we charge in 15-minute blocks to save you money.
Service Area: We specialise in the Eastern Suburbs and the Inner West areas of Sydney.
Travel cost: $50 travel fee applies to locations outside of the Service Area.
Funding Available: Our service should be covered under your Home Care Package. We're happy to talk to your care manager to get it approved. You just need to give us their details.
